  • What is your MOQ for customize?

The MOQ of different products is different, if you need customized production, please contact our customer service email first


  • Can you provide samples?

Of course we are very glad to provide you with samples before production,but you need to pay the corresponding sample fee.If you confirm the sample, then we will refund this part of the sample fee in the official production later

  • The Size

Our products have 5 size

  62cm for 2-4months baby

  68cm for 4-6months baby

  74cm for 6-9months baby

  80cm for 9-12months baby

  86cm for 12-18months baby

  • How soon I can get my goods?

Usually we will provide you with samples that meet your requirements within 15-20 days, and the delivery time of the order needs to be determined according to the quantity you need. For more information, please contact our customer service.

  • How will you transport the goods

Usually we will use express delivery to ship samples or small batch orders. If your order is more than 5,000 US dollars, we will ship by sea, which can save you more shipping costs.Of course, you can tell us how you need to transport and we will use your opinion.

  • I am a distributor, how do I start my job?

Returns & exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

The good news is that we ship out orders quickly. However, this also means we can't always guarantee that we can change/cancel an order before it ships.

Please review your order carefully, and be sure to get in touch right away using our customer care form if you have a need to cancel or change your order. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please visit our returns page within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to help you with the process.

How will I be refunded?

Once we've reviewed and approved your refund, it will be credited within 14 days through the payment method used during checkout.
